drilling rig "Maersk Guardian" from where it was dismantled in 2011. Building year 1986.

Scrapping: the EU will introduce tough new rules
Demolition of obsolete and worn-out ships are expected to reach new heights already in 2012.
Now the EU Commission will swiftly introduce a number of requirements for owners and monitoring
them and especially the places where ships are broken up.Facilities must now be approved by the EU.
